If you are looking to completely outsource your Social Media management and hand it over to me, this is the full done-for-you service.I will start with creating your Social Media Strategy in the first month and then implementing it across all areas, including:

• Setting up or optimising profiles of up to 3 x Platforms (1 Primary + 2 Secondary).

• Content Creation (using images and other brand assets supplied by you).

• Scheduling and Posting different types of content.

• Active Engagement to build relationships and grow your audience.

• Reactive Engagement (customer service, responding to queries etc.).

• Advanced tactics including Influencer campaigns, collaborations and shopping in platform.

• Each month or quarter we will have a 30 min Briefing call to discuss your current Social Media status & your objectives for the next phase.

• I will review your Analytics and carry out a Social Media Audit of your channels - reviewing what has worked well and not.

• Presentation including tailor-made Strategy recommendations to action on the next phase, a 2-week content plan & examples of industry best practices.
